Aloha nō Upward Bound Students!

I am excited for this summer!  I love both the mountains and the tropics.  

My name is Tricia Calhoon, I live on the island of Lāna'i where I teach 6th grade math and science. I am from a small mountain town in Colorado and have lived in Hawai’i for 20 years.  I love the outdoors, swimming, hiking, going on beach cleanups and learning about the natural world.  When I was in college, I was creative with my education.  I worked a lot and studied abroad several times.  I am excited to learn and be innovative alongside my students this summer.
